Project INTEGRATE has four faculty co-directors across the ABA and SP programs:
Project Co-Director: Robin S. Codding, Ph.D., BCBA, LP
Project Co-Director: Robin S. Codding, Ph.D., BCBA, LP, is Professor in the NU School Psychology programs. Her research interests are (1) using academic assessment to drive intervention selection and intensification, and (2) implementation feasibility, acceptability, and usability. Dr. Codding was nominated for the 2020 Bouvé College Distinguished Educator Graduate Teaching Award. She has published 100 peer-reviewed journal articles or book chapters and was the 2010 co-recipient of the APA Lightner Witmer award. She has given over 150 presentations, podcasts, and webinars on MTSS topics.
Project Co-Director: Nicole Davis, Ph.D., LABA
Project Co-Director: Nicole Davis, Ph.D., LABA is an Associate Clinical Professor for the ABA Programs. Dr. Davis has provided behavior analytic services for clients in general and special education classrooms in school and community settings. She served clients with diagnoses on the autism spectrum, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and trauma histories. Dr. Davis was nominated twice for the Bouvé College Distinguished Educator Graduate Teaching Award. As a legally blind professional, Dr. Davis strives to provide education in a capacity that fits the needs of each learner. Her interests include evaluation of evidenced-based instructional methods for online teaching, and the application of behavior analytic technologies into online instruction. Dr. Davis has presented nationally and published behavior analytic approaches to health-related behavior, avoidance, and learning in higher education.
Project Co-Director: Maeve Donnelly, Ph.D., BCBA, LABA
Project Co-Director: Maeve Donnelly, Ph.D., BCBA, LABA is an Associate Clinical Professor and the Director of Supervision for ABA programs. She has over 20 years of clinical and applied research experience with children and young adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Her work is published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice. Dr. Donnelly is a past recipient of the Student Research Award from the B. F. Skinner Foundation and BABAT as well as a 2023 nominee for the Bouvé College Distinguished Graduate Educator Award. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for BABAT.
Project Co-Director: Amy M. Briesch, Ph.D., NCSP
Project Co-Director: Amy M. Briesch, Ph.D., NCSP is Professor in the NU Department of Applied Psychology. Her research focuses on the identification and examination of feasible and psychometrically-sound assessments of student social behavior. She has served as co-PI on IES grants totaling over $10 million, authored over 100 peer-reviewed journal articles, and received the APA Lightner Witmer award (2014). Her leadership includes serving on the Executive Boards of APA’s Division 16 and SSSP, and as Chair of NASP’s Professional Positions Committee.
Additionally, six individuals with a broad range of experience and expertise serve on the advisory board to inform Project INTEGRATE activities.
Adrianna Crossing, Ph.D.
Adrianna Crossing, Ph.D., is currently an assistant professor of applied psychology and health sciences at Northeastern University. They hold expertise in promoting social justice applications to school psychology practice and training, incorporating critical perspectives and cultural nuance into psychological research, and delivering psychotherapeutic interventions to youth and adolescents.
Matt Dubois, PhD., NCSP
Matt Dubois, PhD., NCSP is the Senior Director of Clinical Services and Social-Emotional Learning for the Public Schools of Brookline. In his work, he leads initiatives to promote children’s mental and behavioral health and supports educators and teams in making data-based decisions.
Chieh Li, Ph.D.
Chieh Li, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the School Psychology Programs at Northeastern University. Her research interests include advancing the understanding of multicultural and multilingual students and elevating educational and mental health equity for them though culturally responsive interventions.
Harry Lo, CAGS, NCSP, BCBA
Harry Lo is a trilingual Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, presently working with middle to high school students at Boston Public Schools. His professional expertise revolves around utilizing a data-driven and culturally responsive approach for conducting assessments and implementing interventions. In addition, he also integrates his experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) into his daily practice as a school psychologist to optimize behavior intervention and problem-solving strategies.
Heejean Parry, MS, BCBA
Heejean Parry, MS, BCBA, blends her expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with her role as an integrated preschool principal. Committed to fostering inclusive learning environments, she passionately empowers individuals through evidence-based interventions and compassionate leadership.
Sarah Young-Hong MA, CCC-SLP
Sarah Young-Hong MA, CCC-SLP, is the Undergraduate & Graduate Program Director and Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Northeastern University. She has clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), supervises SLP graduate students in multiple settings, and is a certified Wilson® Dyslexia Practitioner (W.D.P.).
